Congress MP Manish Tewari has criticised the manner in which the then United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government had acted after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks in 2008. The Congress leader's criticism of his own erstwhile regime has given fodder to the BJP. Gaurav Bhatia addressed a press conference and launched a scathing attack on Congress.
