Former South Australian Speaker Josh Teague has this afternoon been officially sworn in as the state's Planning Minister… and had the powers of Attorney-General conferred on him. He's replacing former Deputy Premier Vickie Chapman in the roles, after she stood aside while the Ombudsman investigates her decision to block a port development on Kangaroo Island.
