Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs 3 lakh each to the next of kin of farmers who lost their lives during the nationwide agitation against the Centre's three farm laws.
CM KCR's announcement comes a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the Centre would repeal the three controversial laws in the upcoming session of Parliament.
