Thousands of homes are still without water because of burst pipes caused by freezing temperatures

Supplies have been restored to 12 thousand homes after the crisis started over the weekend, but around a thousand homes in Kent still have no water. Dr Simon Earl from South East Water told us about how the situation is improving.
