Donald Trump’s exports on tariffs have prompted steel manufacturers in Kent to warn their businesses could be at risk.
The President’s decision means the UK will face tariffs of 25% on exports of steel, in an move to protect US jobs from foreign competition.
This has created uncertainty for Kent exporters of both steel and aluminium.
