Stay home, save lives - Kent and the rest of the country are in lockdown

The Prime Minister Boris Johnson shutdown the country less than 24 hours ago, to fight what he calls a war against the coronavirus. Police have been given new powers to respond to the crisis but some top officers have already said they won't work.
