New government data's revealed that Folkestone and Hythe has the fastest growing coronavirus rate in the whole of UK - prompting fears another national scale lockdown could soon be enforced.
It comes as France and Germany has brought in country-wide lockdowns of their own as a second covid wave sweeps across Europe.
