Kent Police issue appeal after the shocking killing of PCSO Julia James

As the murder investigation of PCSO Julia James enters its third day, Kent Police say they have no suspect or a clear motive. One of the force's most senior officers says the mum-of-two from Snowdown died from significant head injuries.
