Dartford woman campaigns for tougher sentences following death of sister

Gemma Robinson took her own life because she couldn't face her abusive ex partner Joseph Falconer in court. He's currently serving a three and a half year sentence for malicious wounding but Kirstie wasn't able to appeal it.
