A petition to reinstall CCTV at Rainham Rec was turned down by Medway Council - sparking anger amongst residents

Parents in Rainham say their park is unusable because of an increase in anti social behaviour. They say the councils decision will allow criminals to run riot but campaigners haven't given up just yet.
