The RSPCA are urging pet owners not to leave their dogs in hot cars following an incident in Whitstable

Kent Police had to rescue a dog that had reportedly been left in a car for nearly three hours. Carrianne Stones from the RSPCA warns owners to be sensible when taking their dogs out this time of year.
