Parents of class 1 to 8 students of government schools in Uttar Pradesh are trying hard to find a shop that can give two pairs of school uniforms for Rs.600, one pair of shoes, and two pairs of stockings for Rs.125 because the government has made a budget of only Rs 1100. The UP government has decided to give money directly to the account of parents directly but the budget is not enough. Watch this report.
