If you are moderately to severely immunocompromised and received their two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, or if you are age 60 and over and were vaccinated with Sinopharm, you are no longer considered fully vaccinated until you receive a 3rd primary dose.
That's according to the Ministry of Health based on the recommendations for the third shot from the World Health Organisation.
