High Court rules police officer Zachary Rolfe can't use 'good faith' defence in murder trial

Northern Territory prosecutors have won their High Court bid to limit the defence case in the murder trial of police officer Zachary Rolfe. Constable Rolfe was charged with murder after the shooting death of Kumanjayi Walker at Yuendumu in 2019.
