Rafale war re-erupts: Were kickbacks paid during UPA rule?

The Rafale jet deal is again in the eye of a storm with French news portal Mediapart stating that Dassault Aviation allegedly paid 7.5 million Euros or Rs 65 crore to a middleman to secure the deal.
