Until a new Police Commissioner is approved via the Government's majority in the House of Representatives, after the five members of the new Police Service Commission are also approved by the Lower House, Deputy Police Commissioner McDonald Jacob will continue to serve as Trinidad and Tobago's top cop.
And the Deputy Police Commissioner says as long as he is in charge, he will do what is right and what is necessary for the Police Service.
