Kern County celebrates National Adoption Awareness Month

November is National Adoption Awareness Month. 23ABC's Kallyn Hobmann spoke with a Kern County Superior Court judge who was adopted herself and now presides over adoptions. She spoke about the importance of recognizing this month's important cause.
