1. Squat to Cross Body Crunch - 20 Squats ✖️10 Crunches each side
2. Lunge to Single Leg Jump - 10 each leg
3. High Knees - 30 seconds
4. Knee to Alternate Elbow - 15 each Leg
5. Single Leg Push Through - 15 each Leg
6. Trunk Rotations - 10 each side
7. Side Crunches - 15 each Side
