Amar Patnaik, MP, Biju Janata Dal; Manoj Kumar Jha, MP, Rashtriya Janata Dal; Fahad Shah, editor, Kashmir Walla; Vrinda Grover, lawyer and activist; and Prasanth Sugathan, legal director, SFLC discuss India’s frequent internet shutdowns and the legal processes involved.

The experts navigate the intent, process, and experience of suspension of the internet. They also discuss the private-government nexus, constitutional mandate, and a lot more.
