#UttarPradesh में #YogiAdityanath की सरकार सत्ता में आने के बाद से पत्रकारों पर ‘सरकार की छवि खराब करने के नाम’ पर मुकदमे दर्ज करने की एक नई विधा खोज ली गई है. #Journalists के उत्पीड़न के ऐसे कई मामले अब तक सामने आ चुके हैं जिनमें अधिकारियों ने एक ही आधार, जिसे बहाना कहना ठीक होगा, का इस्तेमाल किया है. इसकी शब्दावली कुछ यूं है- ‘भ्रामक ख़बरें फैलाना अथवा सरकारी कामकाज में हस्तक्षेप करना.’
