Detective Superintendent Rod Wilde is in charge of the investigation into the disappearance of four-year-old Cleo Smith and he has arrived in Carnarvon. Police believe the girl was abducted from a tent while staying with her family at the blowholes campsite - north of Carnarvon, 13 days ago.
