A major fire broke out in Arpit Hotel in New Delhi, claiming lives of 17 people. About 20 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the flames. The fire took place around four in the morning at the top floor of the building, but soon it transpired to other floors as well. One of the paramedics said two people jumped from the building and one of them died midway to hospital.
