A report on Tuesday revealed that Aadhaar database has been hacked, it also pointed out that the biometrics and personal information of over 1 billion Indians has been compromised.
It is also important to note that the Aadhaar numbers which is used as the ‘citizen identification’ is mandatory for getting a mobile phone connection or accessing a bank account.
