Senate Blue Ribbon Committee chairman Richard Gordon wants charges filed against people involved in alleged procurement anomalies, including former Duterte adviser Michael Yang.
It's among the preliminary findings announced by Gordon at the 12th hearing on the handling of COVID-19 response funds.
