Army Chief General MM Naravane visited the LoC amidst increasing terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir. The Chief of Army Staff reviewed the Forward Post in Poonch district and the security arrangements. General MM Naravane also inquired about the ongoing operation in Poonch. The Government has prepared for strict action regarding the recent terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir. There is a plan to surround the terrorists all-round to stop their anti-national conspiracies. Home Minister Amit Shah will also visit Jammu and Kashmir on 23 October.
