Indian Navy carries out rescue operation in Kottayam

The Indian Navy carried out rescue operations on October 17 as Kottayam district of Kerala continued to receive heavy rains. Heavy rains caused landslide, damage and destruction in the area. Death toll in the district has mount to 13.
