The Delhi Police told the Patiala House Court on Tuesday that Mohammad Ashraf has been living in India for several years. Seeking further custody of the arrested terror suspect, the police said that they need to investigate his contacts and people who reportedly aided him.
Meanwhile, the bail plea of Aryan Khan, one of the accused in cruise drug bust case, will be heard on Wednesday at a sessions court in Mumbai at 2:45 pm. The Narcotics Control Bureau, on the other hand, will be opposing the plea, informed sources.
