Severe tropical storm “Maring” (international name “Kompasu”) has slightly intensified while moving over the West Philippine Sea on Tuesday, Oct. 12, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 5 a.m. bulletin.
