The state and federal governments are again at war again over COVID funding to Victoria. This time it's about support for the construction industry hit by the two-week shutdown. Treasurer Tim Pallas has accused the federal government of blatantly favouring New South Wales over Victoria in economic support – a claim flatly denied by Josh Frydenberg.
