Gen. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), warned candidates against colluding with illegal drugs syndicates to ensure their victory in the next year’s elections, saying they have already stepped up the monitoring and intelligence-gathering against them.
