Unmukt Chand, who retired from Indian cricket in August this year, helped his team Silicon Valley Strikers chase down a target of 185 almost single-handedly with a 69-ball 132 in America's Minor League Cricket. Chand said that he has accepted the fact he will never play for India and has moved on. "Playing for the country was always a dream. It took a long time to make this decision of moving my base to the US. I had grown up visualising myself playing for the Indian team. The good thing about the US is that, with the number of Indian people here is huge so it doesn't feel like you are playing for any other community apart from the Indian people," he said.
