Ingredients:
1 Tea Spoon
Kasuri Methi
Red Kashmiri
Chilly Paste
2 Tea Spoon
1 TableSpoon Ginger
Garlic Paste
Salt To Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin Power
1&1/2 Tea Spoon
Coriander Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder
2&1/2 Table Spoon Pav-Bhaji
Masala
3 Tomatoes
Chopped Corriander
and
Corriander Stem's
(Dhaniya)
2 Onion's
Boiled and Mashed
1 CUP Pease and 2 small Carrots
4 Boiled Potatoes -- To Be Mashed
2 Cheese Cubes
Chopped Corriander
and
Corriander Stem's
(Dhaniya)
Method:
Add 1&1/2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
Chop the Onions and cook in Oil and Butter
Add Chopped Capcicum and saute for a Minute
Add Ginger Garlic
Paste and cook
Add Tomato and Cook For 1 Minute
Add Coriander stem and cook till Tomatoes are mashed
Add Chilli Paste
Add all spices and saute till oil and Butter are seprated
Add Kasuri Methi
and
1 Tbsp Butter
Cook Spices and
Add Water One Cup Water
Add Mashed Peas and Mashed Potatoes (Boiled Potatoes Mashed)
Cook and add one more Cup of Water and cook well
Add Two Cups Water
Use Masher to mash it finely and add Cheese
Continue Cooking for another
2 Minutes and keep Messhing
Add Coriander to Garnish
Masala Pav:
Make Paste of Pav Bhahi Masala 1 Tea Spoon, Butter and Chopped Coriander
Apply on Pav and Toast on Tawa/Pan
Server with Plain, Butter or Masala Pav
