After months of infighting within the Punjab Congress, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh submitted his resignation on Saturday, which was accepted by the state Governor. After the resignation of CM Amarinder, it will be interesting to see whether the Congress party will regain power in Punjab or not.
