This video explains how the symptoms and the pain of hemorrhoids can be naturally minimized by walking through the forefoot, the ball gait. The ball gait is the way how evolution wanted us to walk. When one returns to the ball gait then the fascia chain realigns itself which can lead to a reduction of strain on the pelvic floor and can minimize pain and symptoms of hemorrhoids and other problems in the pelvic floor.
