The Prime Minister told the Parliament today that PNM has not gained any advantage from the Elections and Boundaries Commission's recommendation to increase the number of electoral districts in Tobago from 12 to 15.
But one Opposition MP says the EBC report needs to be judicially reviewed because it is unfair and unconstitutional.
The Prime Minister says claims by the Opposition that he gave instructions to the EBC is nothing further from the truth.
