Former India batsman and seasoned coach Pravin Amre has thrown his hat in the ring for the position of India's batting coach. The position could be up for grabs with stories emanating from the Indian dressing room that the current coach Sanjay Bangar hasn't delivered the results expected of him. Bangar has been working with the batting unit for the past five years and has worked under both Ravi Shastri and Anil Kumble. He is also the assistant coach of the side.
