12 regional NSW LGAs ease restrictions while Lismore and Albury lock down

Stay-at-home orders in 12 regional NSW areas have been lifted, but Lismore and Albury have had tougher restrictions imposed after local COVID cases emerged. Across the state, there were 1,351 new cases and 12 deaths.
