Within a decade or so, the Royal Australian Navy's nuclear powered submarine fleet will be a structural part of America's Indo-Pacific pivot. Prime Minister Scott Morrison says the new alliance formed with the UK and US is the most significant security development for Australia since the ANZUS treaty.
