The New South Wales roadmap out of COVID restrictions expects Sydney to emerge from lockdown in mid-October. Greg Binskin is the Executive Manager of the NSW Tourism Industry Council, and he is welcoming the easing of restrictions in some regional parts of the state this weekend.
