TTUTA Tobago officer Bradon Roberts is tonight calling for a more specific, targeted approach to the vaccination of students and teachers in Tobago. This as only one thousand six hundred and eight students have been vaccinated as of September 4th. Elizabeth Williams spoke with Mr. Roberts for this report.
