President Duterte said that his government will answer the accusations on how they handled the coronavirus (COVID-19) response efforts amid questions about how the funds were spent.
Duterte made the statement amid the Senate’s probe on the purchase of allegedly overpriced COVID-19 supplies, including personal protective equipment (PPEs), by the Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
