Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers will prevail over Palawan due to the monsoon trough–a part of the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) where low pressure areas (LPAs) usually form–the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA) said on Friday, Sept. 3.
