Norwegian Cruise Line ($NCLH@US) has filed a lawsuit against the Florida Surgeon General’s law of preventing businesses from requiring customers to show proof that they have received the COVID-19 vaccination. The company’s first cruise that is setting sail from Florida is set for August 15, but they threatened to cancel cruises if the state did not lift the ban.
