Info from Licensor: "On the 15th floor, one of our covid units, I walked up to the window just to see what was happening outside. I started recording to send to my friends as an update of how intense the storm was, touched the glass and felt the wind and rain slamming onto it. Suddenly a roof directly across from us became airborne and was flying towards us, so I ran away from the window in case it were to break."
