Bank robbers tied hostages to their car roofs after a raid in Araçatuba, southern Brazilian city. Reportedly, at least three people were killed & among them was one suspect. More than 20 people took part in the heist, reported BBC. The robbers blocked roads, burnt vehicles & placed explosive devices across the city, reported BBC. Lieutenant Alexandre Guedes of the Military Police told GloboNews that one man was killed by the gang when they found him shooting them. A woman and a suspect were killed in a stand-off with police outside the city as robbers tried to make their escape, reported BBC. Schools remained closed on August 30 and residents were urged to stay indoors until all the devices were dismantled. Reportedly, three suspects had been arrested. Watch the video to know more.
