President Duterte told the public not to believe investigations of the Senate as he reiterated that the government is spending public funds properly.
Duterte made the statement amid the Senate’s investigation on the alleged mishandling of coronavirus (COVID-19) funds by the Department of Health (DOH) and the delay on the payment of health workers’ special risk allowance (SRA).
