Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, Police General Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar lauded the conviction of former police sergeant Jonel Nuezca.
The police sergeant in the viral video of cold-bloodied killing of a mother and son in Paniqui town of Tarlac was meted with two life terms after he was found guilty of two counts of murder over the incident that occurred in December last year.
