Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley piloted the motion for a second three month extension of the State of Emergency.
He said it is key to preventing the congregation of people at night.
The Opposition Leader is questioning whether a second extension of the SoE will make any difference to the COVID situation in this country now.
