Matt Nagy says Justin Fields is Starting Preseason Finale

Quarterback Andy Dalton will watch from the sidelines as Justin Fields starts the preseason finale but Fields' next appearance after that will depend on how Dalton performs in the regular season, according to Chicago Bears coach Matt Nagy.
