Afghanistan: Herat residents complain of economic hardship
In the western Afghan city of Herat, not far from the border with Iran, local residents complain over the dire state of the economy. With banks still closed since the Taliban's takeover of the country a week ago, one man laments that 'unemployment, poverty and misfortune are high'.
